Victoria Collis

Victoria Collis joined River Path Associates in 2002.

Pre-pandemic Victoria’s work was in supporting governments in low and middle-income states to strengthen public service delivery, particularly in education. During this period, she acted as a resident adviser to ministers and senior officials in Pakistan, Nigeria, and Lebanon. She also provided shorter term advice to governments and donors in countries ranging from Peru to Rwanda.

Since 2020 Victoria has worked in interim leadership positions with a focus on education research. She was the first Executive Director of the EdTech Hub, a global partnership with an interest in digital technologies for learning. She also supported the development and piloting of the What Works Hub for Global Education, a partnership led by the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford that takes an implementation science approach to strengthening foundational learning outcomes.

Victoria has been a Trustee of the Eden Academy Trust, one of the UK’s leading providers of special needs and disability education since 2015. During that time, Eden has more than doubled in size and continues to grow. She is Chair of Trustees for Mosaik Education, a UK-based charity that supports refugees to access higher and further education, and in February 2024 also joined the Board of STIR Education as a Trustee.
